Ingredients
- Thistle
- Onion
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Olive Oil
- Salt
Notes:
- Other greens such as Dandelion, Chicory or a combination of wild greens are prepared the same way.
- Onion and garlic are not always used.
- Wash thistle.
- Cook well in boiling water until soft. Add salt towards the end of cooking.
- The juice can be used as a drink.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, squeeze lemon and dress with olive oil.
- MIX THOROUGHLY!
