Ingredients

- Onion
- Parsley
- Course corn flour
- White flour
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Mint, spring onion, onion, parsley.
- Chop ingredients, add flour and mix well
- Add water and mix thoroughly.
- Place mixed ingredients in oiled baking dish.
- Sprinkle with olive oil.
- Cover with with foil and bake at 180ºC.
- Ready to be served.
