Ingredients
- Lentils
- Celery
- Carrot
- Parsley
- Bay leaf
- Diced Tomato
- Onion
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Go through lentils for stones.
- Cook lentils until they start splitting and drain the water.
- Add water (less for a thick soup; more for a thin soup), the onion, other vegetables …
- and the bay leaf.
- Add a generous quantity of olive oil (the oil covers the top).
- Add the diced tomatoes.
- Notice the olive oil has broken down.
- Serve with bread and olives.
