- Lemon or Vinegar
- Soak skinned broad beans. Notice the enlargement after soaking (left).
- Change the water and cook until they start splitting.
- Again, change water (just to cover the beans) and cook on low heat. As with all legumes, salt is added towards the end of cooking.
