- Beans can be cooked with:
- potatoes
- marrow
- zucchini
- Soak beans overnight, cook until they start splitting, change the water and continue cooking until soft.
- Dress with garlic, onion, parsley, lemon and olive oil.
- MIX THOROUGHLY!
- Bread and olives always accompany beans.
